We start with an indoor Circuits class which is a full-body workout that combines cardio activity and strength training. The session focuses on short bursts of exercise alternating between cardio and strength based exercises giving you the opportunity to challenge yourself and work hard.

An abdominal workout with a focus on core strength and stability to really give shape and definition to the abdonimal area. The stomach and core can be one of the hardest areas to train, so, thanks to popular demand, we’ve introduced a specialised Core class. As its name suggests, our Core class is an intense abdominal workout designed to tone the stomach area, this abdominal workout focuses on core strength and stability, giving you tighter, flatter abs or that 6 pack you’ve always wanted! In this short, intense class your instructor will guide you through a series or core exercises including, planks, twists, crunches, and leg raises designed to give you a stronger core. A great addition to any workout! It combines cardio with abdominal exercises to burn fat whilst strengthening ab muscles, helping to really give shape and definition to the abdonimal area. The core class starts with some low-intensity cardio to warm up the muscles before moving straight into the abdominal work. For up to 30 minutes, you’ll crunch, plank and sit-up your way to washboard abs, constantly alternating between muscle groups to keep the body active. While you’ll definitely feel the burn in your abdominals, the exercises also work on your chest, back and sides, developing your overall core strength. The class finishes with a cool down to stretch out all the muscles and minimise any soreness the next day.

After a few weeks of core work, you’re guaranteed to notice a difference. Along with a toned and defined mid-section, you’ll also find your posture has improved, your metabolism has increased and your fitness levels are sky-high. Having a strong core can help alleviate back and shoulder pain, help build functional strength (for pulling, pushing and lifting, for example), and give you better overall balance and agility.

And don’t worry – our Core class isn’t just sit-ups. Our highly-trained instructor will show you plenty of new moves that work muscle groups you didn’t even know you had.
